Insights: News Client Spotlight | HTL Freight Acquires TS3 Logistics
Kilpatrick is proud to have served as legal counsel to HTL Freight, a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company, in its acquisition of TS3 Logistics, a California-based freight brokerage with specialized expertise in temperature-controlled and LTL reefer transportation.
This acquisition is HTL Freight’s fifth in four years and marks a strategic step in the HTL Freight’s expansion into high-value, niche logistics services and broader geographic coverage. With this deal, HTL Freight will expand its capabilities in time- and temperature-sensitive transportation, unlocking significant cross-selling opportunities across HTL’s diverse customer base. Brett Winterstein, Jeff Hechtman and Blaise Danly were the deal team for this acquisition.
